IMPORTANT: Please note that CEC Enertech only provides service on equipment it sold. If your product was not purchased at CEC Enertech and installed by one of its authorized contractors, please contact your reseller.

Service is a priority at CEC Enertech. To place a service call, please contact us and we will book an appointment with you as early as possible.

If you require support on your system, or if you have questions regarding the product you own, we recommend consulting the documentation that came with the product, or the company’s Web site for Frequently Asked Questions. If the information is not showing, we will be happy to answer all your questions by phone.

Please do not place a service call by email. We unfortunately do not have a full time resource on email, and it could take some time before we get back to you.
